Product composition

It is made of high-permeable polyurethane(PU) film,with high moisture permeable medical degree acrylic adhesive and special coating technology,it can keep normal breath of the skin.

It is indicated that:the moisture come from of normal human skin is about 240-1800g/m2/24h/37°,if the moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) is too low,the moisture may gather under the film,it may cause maceration and influencethe adhesive ability of dressing.Transparent dressing has good quality for its both high permeability and excellent viscosity.

Product Description:

1. High permeable polyurethane film(PU):20-40g/m2,thickness 0.015-0.030mm.

2. MVTR of PU with flat coating:1800g/m2/24h/37°.

3. MVTR of PU with grid- coating:3100g/m2/24h/37°.

4. Hypoallergenic acrylic adhesive:25-37g/m2.

5. CCK paper,PE or PET protective film.

6. Transparency.

7. Silicon coated paper.

Usage
1. Fixing and covering I.V catheter; 
2. preventing and curing minor burns, scald and bedsore; 
3. protecting donorsite of the skin;
4. Incised wound laceration protection.

Instruction

1. After cleaning the wound disinfection, take out of dressing from the bag.
2. At one end from the dressing, peel off the paper with the words, exposing adhesive surface  .
3. The adhesive surface paste to the skin surface, smoothing from the middle to the surrounding.
4. Peel off the back of the type material.
5. When abrasions, burns and surgery, a small amount of exudate was appeared. Cleaning up the wound ,using the sterile gauze or absorb mat and anti-inflammatory drugs on the wound, then pasting medical transparent dressing.

Applications

1. FIXING I.V catheter,PICC and CVC ect.

2. Fixing anaesthesia catheter,pulmonary artery catheter,hemodialysis catheter ,kidney dialysis and PCA cannula etc.

3. Apply for friction skin or wet skin,such as skin care after trachea incision, care for torus of bone,skin care when gatism,bedsore precaution etc.

4. Apply for slight bruise,cut,suturing wounds,etc.

5. As a secondary fixation.
